THE COVE

schooled tday to settle some stuff wf kang. overslept as usual. met up wf him slightly later. he had lunch at canteen 2 & we were talking abt the movie "THE COVE" They went to watch ytd & he told me it was an awesome movie. its not a movie actually, more of a documentary.. regretted regretted not going wf them last night. BUT, heh heh, kang got the dates mixed up. he thought that ytd was the last day of screening. haha! the truth was, last day = tday. NICE. quickly texted ser, doroz, cat, fid, xueli etc. jio them to go watch. ser & cat both ONZ. :)

anyhow, back to canteen 2.. kang showed me the website & vids of the slaughtering of the dolphins & how they film the movie. after lunch, we went up to Ms Teo's office to do some admin work for the upcoming freshies' trip & for their theory & pool session. i photocopied the dive manuals as well. I did, 7 copies of OW manual: a 100 page book, & 3 copies of Advanced manual: a 150+ page book. nice one. did the same actions continuously for abt one & half hr. left school first around 3plus, while kang sent the pages for binding. met cat only coz ser last min got training :( lol

so we headed & chionged str8 to plaza sing for the movie! anyway, we were damn pro. we reached the ticketing counter just 5mins before the show, which starts at 4.50pm. pro or not manxz. THE COVE was awesome. AWESOME. It delivered a clear message to people all over the world abt Taiji, Japan's BIG SECRET. Exposing their cruelty. fuck those fishermens in Taiji srsly. bastards. inhumane. brutal. disgusting. whatever the words man. They are slaughtering dolphins.. DOLPHINS YOU KNOW! There was a part in the movie where they interviewed a surfer. The surfer shared that there was once he encountered a tiger shark near him when he was surfing.. he didn't know wad to do. BUT, a school of dolphins sped up to him & defended him against th shark. wlao, dolphins are so intelligent & nice AND yet people in Taiji are killing them for FOOD. pissed. YOU KNOW, AFTER THEY SLAUGHTER THEM, WATERS AT THE COVE, BECAME RED. FILLED WF THE DOLPHINS' BLOOD. F. According to the movie, more than 23,000 dolphins are slaughtered there every year. wtf wtf wtf. and those fishermens are not doing it bcoz of $$$. they call it pest control. meaning, dolphins are pests coz they consume large amts of fishes that THEY feel that, it will harm our marine system. Zzz, pest.

i'm so glad i caught the movie. people there are terrible srsly.
anyway, enough said. Movie's good. MUST WATCH. can go get the DVD. i dont think it's screening alrdy.

okay, will be heading out for an interview tmr. job jobzz!
