school till 3pm tday.
did project wf yeeler at the underpass,
went for training. training's kinda tough tday.
wwe had to run non-stop for layups wf MANY MANY BALLS, no chance to rest at all.
just kept going and going..
den we trained the drill J. ran & pass like mad cows.
3on3, den 5on5.

after training, went to have dinner wf laoheng & another coach at Fajar.
laoheng sent me home after that & we chatted about lotsa stuffs.


Ps: i'm disgusted by someone's behaviour. damn it
